Cancellation Policies:

The cancellation fee is $10 per night unless you cancel one week or less prior to your arrival, in which case the full amount of your room is charged to your credit card.

For groups, the first and second 25% deposits are non-refundable.

We are unable to offer and refunds for early departure or sudden cancellation.
